Hello and welcome to my blog. I'm from Highfields in south east Queensland on the Darling Downs. I have a rural background having spent my childhood on a dairy farm and then later years on a grain and cotton property. I love all things country and my home based business "Apple Cottage" is based on country designs and fabric.
I finished off another rag rug last night. It will come with me to Ipswich for the Handmade Expo on 27th June (if it's not sold before that). I like the way I managed to get the corners more squared off with this one.
Woohoo Val....you have been a busy little bee...Wish i could say that i was doing goodies for handmade expo..I have a really big list to finish...lol...Might have to get my butt into gear....Love the pot holders too. Hugs Tanxxoo
Hi Lyn I don't have a pattern. I just follow my nose and it' a bit of trial and error. I'm not very experienced at crochet, so writing a pattern would be a bit beyond me. You mean a pattern for the pot mits too? They're easy and fun. I might have a go at a tutorial sometime.

Yes I love the pot holders too, but especially love this rug. Do I need to get a loan ? or will petty cash pay?
ReplyDeleteoooo. I hope it is still available for The Handmade Expo...so, that I can see it in person!!! but I do of course hope that a lucky person buys it.
